We are a collaboration of eight Primary Care Networks working together to provide leadership and innovation to deliver the best healthcare possible to local residents. Covering a total of 42 GP practices across Bromley, we are working hard to improve the way healthcare is delivered at scale to meet the needs of the local population, making the very best use of staff, space, technology, data insights and partnerships with local providers. We make sure that the patient is at the heart of everything we do.
