Health and Wellbeing Cafes

Many of our Bromley PCNs have set up local Wellbeing Cafes designed to promote mental and physical health.  The Cafes are held at regular intervals and are a wonderful way to enable patients to try new activities, gain a sense of belonging, form friendships and connections within their community as well as empower patients to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing by offering guidance on local available healthcare services.

Hot drinks and refreshments are offered, with fun activities, talks by local community speakers and help on how to use the NHS App and support digital inclusion. Some PCN Cafes even offer access to clinical professionals who can take blood pressure readings, hold podiatry clinics etc.
